If you place an order, ConsTrack360 will also collect further information, including your telephone number and your address. Sign up to an e-alert. If you sign up to an e-alert service, ConsTrack360 collects personal information such as your name, company name, country of residence and the topics in which you are interested.
Contact ConsTrack360. If you contact ConsTrack360 via the Site, for example to request a speaker or for any other reason, ConsTrack360 collects personal information such as your name, company name and contact details as well as any other personal information you disclose in your message to us.

ConsTrack360 uses the personal information it collects: to personalise the service you receive so that the Site recognises you on subsequent visits and to send you marketing information on new products, research and special promotional offers; to process your order; and to respond to your queries.

Encryption creates billions of code combinations to protect each transaction made on the Site, so your details cannot be viewed by anyone else using the internet.
9.2. Despite using this technology, ConsTrack360 cannot guarantee the security of the information that you disclose to ConsTrack360. You accept the inherent risks of providing information and dealing on-line and will not hold ConsTrack360 responsible for any breach of security unless this is due to ConsTrack360’s negligence or wilful default.
